Next to building antennas, building power amplifiers is the most
homebrew fun I can have. Amplifier design and construction can be very
challanging if you limit yourself to component parts available at swap-meets
and in your "junque box". Over the past 40 years I've built dozens of amplifiers.
Some good, some bad, all fun! Currently, I have operational amplifiers
built around 4CX250B's, 4-400A's, 813's, and a YC-156. Here is a photo
